Shipping

We ship all orders in 3-10 business days (up to two weeks) . You will receive a confirmation email once shipped with tracking provided.

Shipping Methods: 

All purchases/orders are shipped via USPS First Class, FedEX or UPS with tracking provided. 

Delivery or Local Pick-up Options

If you are local to Sutter County you can request a delivery option to your address or local pick-up for a cheaper fee than shipping. When you enter in your address and you are in our immediate area the option for Local Delivery will automatically pop-up. Local delivery fee is $5.00 flat fee and Local pick-up is FREE. *Must message us to let us know what day and time you plan to pick up your items and bring your ID and email confirmation upon pick-up. Pick-ups will currently take place at Image Salon and Day Spa unless otherwise arranged/stated.

For Delivery and Local Pick-up options; if the items are on hand delivery will occur within 1-2 business days. We offer this option as it is ideal for last minute gifts for our local customers and adds an ease of convenience. If items are not on hand normal processing time will take place which is as stated above under Shipping info.

Returns

Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to process your return. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping in addition to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted to return balance owed. Once the item has been sent back, in our possession and we have found to be in new condition we will issue your return via gift card. We do not process returns to original form of payment. 

Exchanges

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges at this time. We are a small local shop and only have certain items available on hand at any given time. We feature top brands monthly and rotate our items to continue to offer amazing items to our community. With that being said, it is very difficult to offer exchanges when inventory is continuously changing and we may not longer have other size options. Thank you for your support and understanding :)
